Jim has served as the Gardnerville Town Manager since 2000 after working for Clark County in Southern Nevada for 15 years. He has a Master's Degree in Business Administration, is a Certified Purchasing Manager, a Certified Federal Contracts Manager, Certified Professional Contracts Manager, a Certified Public Official, and a Credentialed Manager (ICMA-CM) through the International City/County Management Association.
